He kicked the rudder again, fighting the crosswind. The plane was doing something weird, yawing like crazy. Even at full rudder he was losing his heading. It felt like his two right engines had gone out on him. Which obviously was impossible. He looked out the window at the right wing. Where there had been engines, now there was nothing but a sheet of flame.
