Flight 29 Down "Static"
small text
large text

Eric blinked. Okay, that was a lot scarier than riding a dirt bike.

"Buckle in! Now!" the pilot yelled at them again.

Eric stood frozen for a second, then he looked out the window. It looked like there were flames coming out of the engines. Which was not possible. That kind of stuff didn’t happen in real life.

Still, he thought. Maybe I’d better.

As he headed toward his seat, the plane did something really weird and creepy. Was that my imagination? he thought. Or did this crappy old plane just go upside down for a second?

He started moving toward Taylor. She looked terrified. Beautiful! Totally hot chicks always had their guard up. You had to wait for that perfect moment. Like a time of crisis.

Eric started moving toward Taylor. What was he going to say? You always had to have an opening line. What about: I’m here for you? Was that too uncool?

The plane seemed to tip sideways, then Eric felt like he was on a slide, back in the playground days. Only it wasn’t him that was sliding. It was the whole plane.

Someone started to scream.
