What’s your favorite subject in school and why?

A:  

English is my favorite subject, because I like being able to express myself through writing. I write poetry mostly, and love reading Carol Ann Duffy.

Tell us about your pets at home.

A:  

I have an English springer spaniel called Ripley. She is just under a year old and has a lot of energy! She's very friendly but sometimes gets excited too quickly.

What animal were you most excited to meet in person and why?

A:  

The lions, because they have always been my favorite animal. I love the way they look so strong and fearless, but at the same time can be so protective of their pride.

What animal did you least like to meet in person and why?

A:  

That's really hard, because all the animals were so fantastic! I guess it would have to be the spiders in Nature's Garden; I don't like the way spiders move...They creep me out!
