Born in the heart of Manhattan, Jordin is an actor with an extensive background in design that runs in the family. Her mother, grandmother and aunt are all interior decorators and antiques dealers.

Jordin has worked alongside her mother on many design jobs from corporate offices to elite apartments on Sutton Place. She also helped her mom design their family apartment, which was photographed for both Colonial Homes and The New York Times.

With a degree in Art History from Oberlin College, Jordin's favorite areas of study were ancient Chinese and Italian Renaissance which helped her gain a sense of color, line and composition.

She has designed the sets and costumes for numerous theatrical productions, and she has worked with fashion designer Joan Vass. She loves helping friends express themselves through home decorating whether it be modern minimalism or country kitsch. As Jordin says, "It's not what you've got, it's what you do with it!"
