Hamster-happy Stephen is hoping for a fun new space for him and his four-legged pals. To the rescue are friends Katie and Melissa, who team up with designer Jordin and carpenter Barte to turn Stephen's boring basement into a human-sized "hamster paradise" — for kids!

Fit for both boy and beast, Stephen’s new hamster room features a cargo net for climbing, a ball pit for burrowing, a lofty lookout perch to scamper on, and trail mix dispensers on the wall for nibbling. There’s even a hamster tube-shaped entertainment center, fuzzy hamster beanbag chairs and a giant mural of a boy peering into a hamster cage on his wall. It's the perfect hideaway for kids and critters alike!

Disco-lover Katie is out of tune with her dull room. She needs a new space where she can groove and hang with friends. On this episode friends Stephen and Collin join designer Scott and carpenter Ginene to turn Katie’s blah basement into the ultimate "disco slumber party" room — complete with comfy cushions for sleeping, a VIP lounge for chilling with friends, a giant mirror-tiled moon swing and a light-up disco floor for dancing. She even has her very own pizza maker. This disco slumber party is definitely the hippest spot in town!

Plus join BvG's host Chuck Cureau as he leads the teams through the goopy Boys vs. Girls challenge! Find out who will win the Labor Savers and who will give them up for a cryptic clue about their room on the all-new season of Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls!
