THIRD - Click on the SUBMIT button and tell your parent or guardian that they will be receiving an email from Discovery Kids with information on how to validate your entry into our sweepstakes!

If you have already received this email and sent in the form below in order to validate the entry of the child in your household using the above handle in our Safari Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), please disregard this email and all future emails.   If you have multiple children in your household - each child must have his/her entry validated.

Discovery Kids would like to inform you that your child is interested in entering the Safari Sweepstakes and has listed you (via your email address) as his/her parent/legal guardian.  In order for your child's entries to be valid, you must read this email and follow the instructions below.

We will hold a random drawing on or about March 1, 2004 in our Sweepstakes to select one Grand Prize winner and one thousand First Prize winners.  For detailed prize descriptions please click on the "Official Rules" link below.   There is no purchase or other obligation required in order for your child to enter the Sweepstakes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Your child must be between the ages of 6 - 12 at the time of entry and cannot enter the Sweepstakes without your permission.  At this stage we have only collected your e-mail address.  This is the only information we have requested or received, and it will be used solely for purposes relating to your child's participation in this Sweepstakes.  If you have multiple children entering our Sweepstakes, you must repeat the instructions below for each child attempting to enter in your household.  To give your approval for your child to enter the Sweepstakes we will need you to:

Once you have mailed/faxed the form once for your child, all of your child's entries on our website from August 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004 will be valid.

IMPORTANT:  If you fail to submit the form via the instructions above and authorize your child's entry/entries into the Sweepstakes by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on January 31, 2004, then your child will be disqualified and he/she will not be eligible for a Sweepstakes Prize.  So, be sure to authorize your child's entry right away!

All of the information collected by Discovery Kids is securely maintained, and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this Sweepstakes.  The information collected will be passed to a fulfillment house which helps run the Sweepstakes.  This fulfillment house has agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of any information that they receive from you or DiscoveryKids.com.  All information will be deleted once all winners have been notified and all prizes have been accepted.
